We had a 400 IH with front mount 4 row cultivator when I was growing up. There were gangs on each side of the tractor each had it's own lifting cylinder. There were three shovels on the back mounted on a tool bar in the fast hitch. Does anyone know the model number of this cultivator or where there is one for sale? Thanks jerry

Sold mine to a member on this site, 15 maybe, years ago. Its north of the Twin Cities now.

I got a pic of it somewhere, model was on it. HH something, seemed like a double letter was involved? Mine you could unbolt for 2 row....

Would that be a 68 or 78 model cultivator? I have a Farmall 544 I'm thinking about getting going for my vegetable operation and would love to put a front mount cultivator on it.

I don't know much about them, I think 68 and 78 were basically the same as I understand it. 544s are so uncommon that its hard to find much out about what fits. Here is a picture of one if that helps.

Your picture looks like what I have. I dont know if the mounts would be different between the 2 tractors or not but I doubt it.
