NH 648 Net Wrap Problems

2nd year in a row i am having problems with a nh 648 round baler with net wrap.. The wrap willnt stay in the duckbill between bales. I have tried putting new cutting knives and adjusting the duckbill with no success. Talked to the dealer and they said they never had problems other then that before? any suggestions? Its a big pain in the arse to have to stuff the net wrap in every bale

So when the actuator moves up to put the west on the bale the wrap pulls out of the duckbill and doesn't go into the bale? It has a braking mechanism on the roll if I remember correct? (To prevent over spin). Is there an adjustment for this? Perhaps it's too tight and not letting the roll spin when the actuator moves. I also had a bad roll of wrap that was all tangled and would rip when it was time to wrap a bale.

Worst problem I ever had, fought for hours.... every single bale........ someone.... put the roll of net in backwards......
