JD 350 sickle mower parts

I am looking for a measured drawing or just measurements of Item # 30. It is the offset plate used on a John Deere 350 Sickle Mower when used on an 850,950,1250, or 1450 tractor. My e-mail is open if anyone can give me some help.

My 350 mower did not come with the pieces for the hitch to the drawbar. I use a big screw pin shackle and a short piece of chain. The chain is doubled up, as there is a pretty good load on it. This setup seems to work just fine for me. I have an 850, but with a 9' bar and no live or two stage clutch, it is just too much mower for that little tractor. I use it with my 630.

The problem I have is using the mower with a Kubota. the draw bar does not swing and that causes the chain to rub on the PTO shaft. If i can get measurements for the plate I think it will off set the chain and give me the clearance I need.
I know I could make one that would work just by eye but I was hoping to find someone that could tell me what mother Deere provided.

If you are having problems with the arm or the chain being in the way of the PTO shaft or your drawbar, it may be that the mower is set up wrong for your tractor. You do know that there is a narrow setting and a wide setting for the mower, where you flip the arm over and move the whole mower in or out? When I got my mower, it was on the narrow setting and would not work with my JD 630. The whole arm and chain assembly was in the way of the PTO shaft. It takes several hours to switch it over if you've never done it before. The operator's manual helps, but I found it to be a little lacking in clarity on the whole process. Do a search for James Howell's posts about this mower, he has posted several detailed explanations that you will find helpful.
If that is not the problem, just hook the mower up and see what kind of an offset you need for the chain to be pulled straight down, that should do it. The clevis assembly that I showed does the same thing, the clevis pin is about the size of the drawbar hole. That way, the clevis stays level, and the offset to the side that it provides is just about perfect for the offset that I need.

Please don't take this wrong and thank you for all your suggestions and help, but I would still like to know the measurements of the #30 plate in the OP. It is not so much that I need solutions to a problem as like I said I would like to know the measurements of the part.
