Bush Hog vs Land Pride

I've been looking at new finish mowers and I started out strictly looking at the bush hog line since I've had one for going on fifteen years with no trouble. I notice the land pride product seems a little cheaper in price and maybe a little heavier built but don't know much about them. Any advice?

We sell Both Landpride and Bush Hog at work. Can't remember the last Landpride rotary cutter we sold, and we hardly ever sell a Bush Hog finish mower.

I have a landpride 1272 it's a good mower but if I buy a second one its going to have the slip clutch instead of the sheer bolt mine was a rental and somebody replaced the soft bolt with a hard bolt end result destroyed drive shafts the neighbor had one go the same way. There also a pain because the will break easy and you can spend a lot of time replacing them. I have mine locked up at 6 to 10 inches and if you hit a heavy wad it's gone
