Esch hay tedder?

I don't have any experience with one, but I have looked at them and they are very well built. A neighbor bought one last year, but I haven't talked with him about it, but I thinks he really likes it. He had a Kuhn.....

Thanks for your reply. All I've seen is photos but I like the idea hyd folding plus lifetime replacement if tooth bar breaks. Since N. Tx has transpired from a desert to a near swamp I think I may need a tedder to bale any "dry hay" this yr.

Yeah, I noticed mine (different brand) had a few broken tynes and found some on the www and replaced them. Finally figured out
how I broke them............backing the tractor out of the shed and forgetting to lift the 3 pt prior to backing.........now when I put it
up, I kill the tractor, let the 3 pt down and pull the lever back up. Solves that problem.

The weatherman (Finfrock on 5) has been pretty good at relaying National Weather Service info to the viewers on the storms passing
through and maybe he is accurate on it finally starting to dry out too. OFA predicts it drying out in June also.....bout time. It looks
like I have one more week before the fields will be dry enough to get out and get it cut and will be another week to get thin stem
grasses to cure and baled. Certainly going to need the tedder as the ground here is saturated (too) and that will really slow down
the curing process as you know.

Another thing I like about the tedder is that it does a good job of bending/cracking small stem grasses allowing more places for the
stem sap to evaporate and improve the curing rate, somewhat like a crimper does on thick stems.

(quoted from post at 06:27:33 05/27/15) Jim I am a dealer for their fluffers. I live
in carthage,tx if you are interested in
seeing one of them let me know

If your name is Tom I've already talked to you on the phone. Do your fluffers have a tendency to windrow the fluffed hay as I've been told on another forum?
