quick and easy to add a 3pt loader for those occasions you need to load something heavy or push a pile of brush together. Or for that matter something to push out those pesky autumn olive pushes. found this one south of Toledo, in Sydney. OH about 8 yrs ago. Had to replace the cylinder but other than that is been great to have. Trip bucket. Thought at one time to mount it to the front of the tractor but found a old loader I could fab into what I needed.

US tractors don't often have 3 pts on the front--but many European tractors do and not just some 250 hp models. Some of the picture posts from UK and Netherlands show 3 pt front being used for lifts, loaders, forage choppers with front mount PTOs. Some of the Japanese and Asian tractors of moderate size have the front mounts also along with PTOs, front hydraulic pumps. Think of this as a excuse to get a tractor with front and rear 3pt, etc.-- you have equipment that would be better used sometimes on the front, quick mount to front, use and then dismount for next piece of equipment. Teasing Alert!- most Talers don't need a 'excuse' to get another tractor. RN
 
The dealer came out and had us try one of those back when we had the 9N. Most awkward and difficult pieces of equipment that we ever tried. It would scoop up material, but it was difficult dumping into the spreader. Dad told the dealer to take it back.
 
Holder and trackless are fairly available here but they are pricy and niche tractors both with front 3 pt. I was just going to weld up a sub frame but now that I think of it stationary wouldn't have worked it still needs the 3 pt to raise and lower when scooping up material. There are a lot of really cool Euro tractors and some rather unique implements as well. Check youtube and some of the hand built stuff its amazing.
