TSC County Line Sprayer question

I purchased a 25 gallon County Line Brand pull type sprayer a few years ago for use in my gardens and sweet corn patch using the boom nozzles. It has a 12 volt Delavan 7812-201 demand pump with max pressure @ 60 lbs. It's worked fine until now. Cleaned everything out and the pressure gauge will only reach 30 lbs. pressure with the bypass completely shut off. Installed a new pressure gauge with same results. I use a JD 214 tractor; battery was new in July, 2014 and put on a charger last evening. Could it be the diaphrams or internal parts in the pump or, the motor is weak and is going bad? The pump indicates it was manufacturered in 2009. Should I try to have the pump repaired or replace it with a new one. I have a true 12 volts going back to the pump. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

ck head on pump may be stuck or if it has a diaphragm it may be stiff --if not you may have to replace pump call link_disallowed if you need help we sell kits and pumps be sure and get a good pump where ever you buy ours top line is 99.50

I haven't used one, but I understand those type of pumps don't last all that long ESP with a tough environment of a caustic herbicides, just the nature of the beast. They have rebuild kits and new pumps, either way.

30 lbs is enough. Just recalibrate the sprayer at 30 psi. If you spray roundup, triple rinse the pump the same day you spray. At the end of the seaon run a bunc of oil into the intake hose.
