John Deere SH disc questions

Hello, my neighbor has a John Deere SH disc that has been sitting in their grove for many years and they are talking about getting rid of it. A couple quick questions, about what year was this model of disc made? Also, I notice there are two pins on the hitch. It looks like it slides almost. Does this disc "angle" at all or is it strictly a straight disc? I'm not too familiar with these older straight disc at all so I apologize in advance for sounding so dumb. Thank you for any help

The "SH" came after the "S'. They are both a single gang disc and yes the tounge slides to set angle. the S is rope pull activated and the SH has a hydraulic cylinder to do same thing.Made in '40,s and '50,s.

Pulled an old JD S 21' disc over thousands of acres as a teenager with a JD D tractor. If you just wanted to disc lightly you just used a slight angle. If you were disking plowed ground, or wanted to disk deeper, which we did many times, you would angle the disk more and then overlap, thus double-disking. My brother still has that disk but it has not been used for about 30 years or more.
