I got these on a pallet at an auction they have the old ih logo I asume they are off of a binder pto dose anybody know for
sure and dose anybody need them if no one wants to pay to ship them them in the scrap they go.

I'm going throw a guess at you and maybe someone else can chime in. Could they possibly be drive shafts on an old Papec or Blizzard ensilage cutter? Possibly an early forage harvester? Most early forage harvesters were nothing more than ensilage cutter units mounted on two wheels with a corn head.
 
Judging from the length, I'd say they were for a mounted I H sickle bar mower. I had one that fit an F-12 and it had a PTO like that.
