Went to my brother's to check his Ford haybaler out.It is a 250 series,and the problem was the over running clutch-the rollers fell apart.So RodInNs was correct,and now we have weigh our options.The shaft seems ok,not sure how a new/good one should look,but it has a series of steps that the rollers would set in-no springs.I thought it would be similar to a T/A,but the shaft was stepped.Parts manual online was no help picture wise,and I am not sure I can even get parts.My brother is looking for a donor baler,or we made weld it solid and put an ORC on tractor pto like you do with an 8n with a bushhog.Mark
