Bush Hog Identification

Could someone help me so I don't waste search time for you who know much more than me. My bush hog has a partial model #of 106 and serial# of 27816 if I got all the numbers correct. Mainly looking for a 6 spline drive shaft that will fit over my clutch overide which adds lenght (or shortens) the shaft. Run it on a 1973 Ford 2000 series. Many thanks for your expert help. Ricky

Replacement PTO shafts are available at tractor dealers who also sell aftermarket parts from TISCO and A&I. Online, search All Parts Store which is the digital outlet for A&I. Generic Metric style PTO shafts can easily be shortened. Look at Series 4 or larger shafts. A Bush Hog model 106 is a 6 foot cutter at least 40 years old.
