Anyone ever used one of these mowers? I have been looking
for a drum mower (for the reliability and size/weight) and ran
across one of these. It's about a 5 foot cut so I am assuming it
would be pretty light but I can not find any reviews on the
mower. Anyone have any feedback on them? I'm using a MF
253 to pull it and am trying to upgrade from a sickle mower.

Your 253 will handle that mower easily. We have a Vicon CM 240 (7' 10" cut) that we use with our 253 and it handles it OK. The tractor does have a front end loader on it, so that helps counter balance that size mower some. Disc mowers sure make a nice and easy job of it.
