We used our potato planter for the first time Saturday. It planted a little over 200 pounds of seed potato pieces per hour. That was with the tractor going as slow as possible for safety.
We had six helpers to cut seed potatoes and operate the machinery. There were a few kids dragging half sacks of seed pieces to the planter.
A good time was had by all! My face still hurts from grinning so much.
