Question on Farmhand loader buckets. Will a bucket that fits a Farmhand 235 loader also fit onto a Farmhand 233 loader? There is a bucket coming up on auction on Big Iron on March 25th. I plan to bid if it will fit on my loader.

Farmhand had a 'quick tach' bucket system. That consisted of a flat blade with spring loaded pins on each side. The F-11/other models used that bucket system. But since I'm a bit out of touch with the newer loaders, cant say for sure. But if both loaders have that system, yes,I believe they will fit.

Some Farmhand loaders (maybe model 22) had just one cylinder to tilt the bucket, other models had two tilt cylinders. So check out the mounting bracket(s).

I think you are describing the "Bobcat" implement attachment system. My '07 Branson came with it as standard equipment and just takes a second to mount my 6' bucket.

On build your own, years ago I tore up a couple of cylinders on a JD 4010 with a 150 something (152, 157, 159 come to mind) loader which had 4 attachment points. I didn't have the money for two JD OEM cylinders so I bought an el cheapo and with the welder and some scrap iron adapted the one cylinder.

What I gained from it was double the speed as the available fluid flow now only had to operate one cylinder and could do it twice as fast.
