what is the brand name of the bumper trailers built by Forest rivers at Elkhart,Indiana THANKS

You didn't say what type of bumper pull your looking for. Forest river has maybe 20 or more plants in the Elkhart - Goshen area. They make all kinds of trailers from cargo to travel trailers. I delivered into their bus and travel trailer divisions. They build trailers under differant names. Your best bet is to call Forest Rivers corporate office and ask.

I looked up that trailer on their site and they call them Car Haulers by Forest River. They gave a phone number to call (574-266-7515) that number would be in the Elkhart, Indiana area by the area code of the number.
