new idea corn planters

Took the long way home from work drove on a few roads I was on only at night in a garbage truck! Seen a new idea 4 row planter sitting in the weeds! I need a new planter and don't really want green paint! But I heard new ideas are john deere and kinze! So I could get a good planter that I can rebuild easy do to all the after market parts! And wouldnt half to look at green paint! I'm i right! Or should I stay away from it!

I have a New Idea. It an orange and black Kinze. Does a good job. It has a lot heavier frame than JD. I have one of those also. I use the New Idea for no til.

We have a new idea 9200. Same planter as a Deere 7000. It has JD bolts on it

Most were Kinze,but for just a year or so of overlap,some models were White.

I had a NI with the Kinze units on it for quite a few years, and the only reason I got rid of it about five or six years ago was to go to a six row unit. The units were identical to the JD units- the only exception that I found was the waffle coulters- and they were Yetters. It was as good as the Deere planter with some weird colors.....
