I will confirm a 41 dynabalance will operator at 90 degrees up (folded for transport) and will operate at least 45 degrees below level from actual usage. The mower gearbox pulley is on same plane as pivot shaft so the cutter bar will run in almost any position, your lower limit is from the lift linkage...
