Limestone farm, lawn, worksite, JD dealer Shelbyville, Ky??

They've got a baler I'm real interested in, problem is I doubt I can get there to look at it before it gets sold. They're about 3 hours from me. I've only bought one piece of equipment from a dealer without actually seeing it before they delivered it and it was NH 474 Haybine that came from another JD dealer down that way. Pretty much the same set of circumstances, and I have to say it worked out great. Just curious if anybody has ever dealt with them or knows anything about them?? Trustworthy??

My son bought a used vicon disc mower from the limestone in Danville Ky. They told us it was a year old and a 9 out of 10 over the phone when we got there to look at it it was what they described.

I live about an hour from them and they treat me good. If i need a part that JD don't have they have been known to get one after market. I drive past a closer dealer (New Castle) to get better customer service. I would trust them.

That's good to here from both of you guys. I just bought a baler over the phone from them. Seemed like good people on the phone. As long as they were honest about the baler I'll give them a thumbs up. Price was right.

i had a jd dealer tell me not to worry about buying un sean fron anouther jd dealer there mostly all honest be said buying fron a a used equipment dealer is where i need to watch out. thing is i have met some really honest used eq dealers so who knows

Ive been well pleased with them over the years. They were a local family JD dealership before JD started pushing them all to network. For what its worth, they are equal distance for me from 2 others JD dealers and they are the one I choose to go to. Would have no qualms at all about buying and having them ship me something. Wish I'd known a couple of days ago, I drove right by there twice.

I like the way they talked to me on the phone, seemed like really genuine good people to do business with. I ended up buying the baler over the phone, little Hesston 540. Hope it's as good deal as it seems to be. Local guy here has a Hesston 530 with newer belts, gathering wheels, electric tie, and his bottom dollar is $6000. It might be a few years newer, but not much. Picture wise both balers look to be in about the same shape cosmetically. I bought the 540 for $4200. So at this point I feel good about the deal.

I'm about 10 minutes from 'em. I've done a lot of business with them in the past (When they were "Shelby Supply"). Since the merger of several dealers to for the new dealership, I've had a little trouble doing business with them. Not the same old small town dealer they once were.
