Ownership here has an older Overum 5 furrow plow. Several times this fall we have managed to break the steering arm/lift cylinder bracket, not while turning but simply raising the plow. We had got a used bracket from a wrecker...he had to sort through a few to find one that hadn't been welded. As it was the best he had had been welded. Apparently this is a weak spot on these plows? Anyone have any solutions? The cylinder is not binding to cause this damage.
