identify hay fork

Anybody know the manufacturer of it? I have seen several, so I know they are factory. But never any ID of any kind on them.

Not sure if the sticker on mine is still readable.

Good fork.

When I bent mine on frozen ground, I was told those haven't been made in a while. Welding shop fixed it up nice.

I second the Double L, it is the 3000 pound cap one at that, they made a cheaper one that is rated at 1500 pounds. I have 2 of the 3000 pound ones.

Thanks to all of you. The one in the photo is not mine, but I have one just like it, even painted the same. Several years ago, I bought a sickle mower and the guy wanted to throw this into the deal for an extra $100. I really didn't need it, but I took it anyway. Glad I did, I prefer it over the other one I have.
