Does anyone on forum have a No 7 that they can measure the width of wheelbase. May be going to look and get 1 but need to know how wide a trailer to take with me.

Thank You

Tim

The words "[b:654c4848f0]REGULAR GEAR[/b:654c4848f0]" are on the toolbox lid.

The width of the wheelbase on our mower is 51 inches.

Hi James,

Yes a great big help. Did not want to drag 8ft wide trailer if I did not have to.

No 7 will easy fit on my 5x10 trailer.

Many Thanks

Tim

Hi James,

If possible would you mind walking back out to the No 7 and getting me the tongue bolt measurements center to center. I want to drill me a 4x4 to take with me for the 1 we going to look at.

Thank You

Tim

Take a look at the photos below of the center to center measurements on the tongue bolts.

The distance from the bolt closest to the seat to the second bolt is about 5 5/8 inches.

The distance from the bolt closest to the seat to the third bolt is about 11 1/4 inches.

Reviewed the Instruction manual on page 9.

Hope this helps.

Hi James,

Thank you so much. Now I can drill a temporary tongue to drag the No 7 to trailer if I get it.

Thanks
Tim
