Oliver Plow Identificatioon

Looking for help on my steel wheel 2 bottom Oliver plow. Lots of part numbers that begin with EP. On the area below the wheel shaft it says Oliver CO I93A or I98A or Oliver EP 1938. Looking for clarification of model number, age and value.

Mechanical lift. Not hydraullic

99% of time if steel wheel plow it will be mechanical lift as steel wheel were more likely before WW2 and rubber after a lot were still mechanical lift as for several year yet a lot of tractors did not have hydrolics and if you were modern enough for hydrolics you did not want steel.
