NH 68 baler PTO Rachet??

Is the some kind of rachet in the drive line right before it goes into the clutch. The PTO shaft is just spinning right there.

Yes if has a sort of ORC with 2 pins that are likely to be stuck pushed in so you need to remove the bolt in the center and pull it apart and try to free up the 2 pins which can be a real pain in the back sides been there to many times

Pins are spring loaded. Look in the casting and find where the base of the pin and spring assembly is. Drill a small hole there and squirt in some thin oil, let sit a while, tap on pin and housing and hope pin loosens. Cover hole with grease to keep water out. Store baler under shelter.
