Slather 'em up with rubber lube, set your jaw just right, and go after 'em with some thin tire irons or pry bars.

(Swearing MAY help.)

Stick wheels in freezer for a couple days or better on dry ice for an hour or two and also warm tires in hot hot water to help soften em .

I have tried everything. The only way to do it,is to have a large container of boiling water and boil them until they are soft and use insulated rubber gloves and they will go right on. I use the burner for a turkey cooker and put the water in a section of a drum that I cut off. Works good. I usually boil them for 20 - 30 minutes.

Thanks guys for the help,I boiled them and soaped up the rims and they went right on.I only had to swear a little bit
