I bought this old International harrow-plow almost 3 years ago. It was missing one wheel and the hitch when I got it and I have not done much with it as I have been looking for a wheel. IHC literature calls this a harrow-plow and says it combines the featured of a disc-harrow and disc-plow. They are more commonly known as a "one-way disc" or just "one-way"
I was out in western Nebraska a couple of weeks ago getting some other stuff and found & bought another one of these implements, although also missing the hitch and other parts, it has the wheel I need for the first one.
I have been doing a little work to it off and on the past week or so, the tail and furrow wheels use tapered roller bearings, I got the tail wheel bearings all cleaned up and reinstalled and I removed the land wheel so I could clean up the power lift and wheel bearings. I just need to do some work to the lift mechanism on the front axle and make a hitch for it, then maybe I can give it a field test this fall. 8)
