Vermeer 605A Baler - Torn Bottom Platform Belt

My platform belt got torn and a new replacement costs much more than the baler is worth.

I'd like to replace the platform belt with a used belt from a tractor salvage yard (taken off the baler and stored inside once they acquired it).

The issue is that the platform belts the salvage yard has are off a Vermeer 605C. From pictures there doesn't seem to be much difference between the Vermeer 605 a, b or c models.

Does anyone know if the platform belt off a c model will fit on my a model?

Thanks

's don't have a platform belt, they have rollers on the bottom.
Don't know about the B's,...i never even seen one.

The 605C didn't use a platform belt but I'm pretty sure the B did.

When I had Gehl balers with table belts,I'd get reconditioned belts from Gehl. They had Dutchman splices in them. They'd cut about 6 inches off each end and put in another piece a foot long with two laces in them.
