mac don 4000 haybine

Hi guys,
I have a MacDon 4000 haybine that the reel quit turning. The big sprocket and shaft are turning, but the reel isn't. There is no way to tell what is broken from the outside. Has anyone been here before and know how that shaft fastens to the reel? Also what is the best way to take the reel off to take a look? I appreciate any and all help.

From the parts book, it looks like the lh shaft is welded in. Remove bolt through bearing in right end, bearing holder and right stub shaft should come off, then reel would lift up and out to the right.

Thanks for the help. I assume I have to take the big sprocket off the left side and the bearing too? Do I have to take the slats and teeth off the reel to get it out do you think? I assume right and left you are talking about is sitting in the tractor seat? If I popped the welds that will be fun trying to get that welded in perfectly straight. Thanks again for your help
