Hay rake on steel info request

I have this hay rake on steel and am looking for any available info; make, age, value; it appears to be operational.

Going to have to have a lot more info - picture would be best. Probably if you look hard enough you will find a company symbol somewhere.

Probably an old 'crazy wheel' rake, used them as a
kid and the were outdated, but if you knew how to
swing them they did a great job.

unfortunately when I upload the pics they appear in the thumbnails but not the preview; I am still trying to figure it out.
