Transporting a swather

A friend is wanting to buy a swather in North Dakata. How do we transport this thing, does the head come off like a combine? Its eighteen feet wide.
 
I'm in WI and bought one out of central MN a couple years ago. Hired a trucker with a flatbed with outriggers. If I remember right, he needed an over-width permit even with the head off
(They do come off, but not near as easy as a combine head!)
