Plow Tire

I am trying to find a tire for the tail wheel on a plow. The plow is a 2 bottom Moline trip type plow. The tire markings are 3.50-12SL, Plow Tail Wheel, Single Bevel. Thanks In Advance

4.00-12 implement tires or even front tractor tires, or 4.00/4.80-12 trailer tires usually will work as well, but you don't have that slanted tread. Sometimes adjustments are required, though.

Unless you have loads of money to throw away forget about geting that slant tread tire. Just go to some place that sells boat trailer or fold down camper tires and just get 4:80 x 12" carcase that has no tread left for the road use and use that. Work just as well as that high priced tire.

I"ve been buying scooter tires off ebay for tail wheels and they work just fine. Less than half the cost of the angled ones. Run them with a tube.

Miller tire out of Wauseon Ohio has the slant plow tires but they are not cheap If I remember right they are around a hundred bucks.

I've put used motocycle tires on my plows. I get them free from a motocycle shop.
