Yes. Strap 13 in the picture goes in the yoke by the lift cylinder. Then you move the pin(#16) from one hole to the other. This will let you lock the disk up and retract the cylinder so the rod will not rust. Also takes the pressure off for changing the cylinder.

FWIW, I had a 210 for many years, and the transport lock was identical to the diagram posted by JD Seller.

FWIW I think you're mistaken. Parts key 13 that JDseller pointed out is an attachment for the rod end of the hyd cylinder not a transport lock. This is the parts description for part key 10 in the parts photo I posted. I also owned a 210 & 310 and sold them and the other JD level action tandem disks when they were new. Maybe someone with a 110/210 operators manual can post a description for transporting or better yet a photo from the OM.
