John Deer 435 twine arm will not stay home

I recently purchased a JD 435 baler that is in great condition. Everything works as it should except the twine will not stay in the home position running. It slowly creeps back and let's the solid light come on. It returns all the way home and cuts the string fine. I did replace the hose on the twine arm cylinder closet to the center of the baler before using it.

When you close the tailgate the twine mechanism should re-latch and the twine pump belt idler should have no tension on twine pump belt therefore pump shouldn't be pumping oil. Only way twine arm can move from home position is if twine pump is pumping oil.

The pump is not running while its moving (its as if just the
vibrations of operating are causing it to move). Twine arm
floats back to about where the cutter is and stays there until
wrapping starts again. Would it possible for air to be trapped
somewhere? I have ran around 60 bales through after
changing the hose and its still slowly moving back.

Air is very difficult to purge out of this system. Open speed control valve fully CCW,lock tailgate valve, raise tension arm so as to see 3 + in bale size window, engage pto,set throttle at 1800 rpm's,pull rope and cycle twine arm numerous times to purge air from twine tying system.
