I may be totally wrong, but for some reason SERVIS came into my mind. Servis is now owned by Rhino, so check with Rhino to see if they can help you.

Gearbox came from here, if it is a gearbox part just need to find access to their warehouse......

And man, are those pics a reminder to get my case of corn head grease out and make the rounds to my many gearboxes again this year, was that thing dry!

Wouldn't hurt to talk to a good welding shop, see if they can build that shaft end back up for less than a new one would cost?

Thank you guys so much. Would it be better/cheaper just to get the part which was the broken shaft or the whole gear box?

I'm fairly confident that isn't a Servis cutter. I worked for a Servis dealer back in the 60's -mid 80's. I think back then Servis built their own gearboxes or a least didn't have the name Terrell on their GB. Servis(Rhino) is now owned by the Alamo group.
