You mean where the fork goes up thru the bracket and has the spring on top?

Keith, if I can't find these parts would welding up the caster spindles to add metal then turning them down work. if you have these parts how do i get with you to purchase them?

You could weld them up or just turn them down and bush the bracket to the smaller size. Is it pitted bad or what?

Jason, I would not describe the fork spindle as pitted. it is worn
unevenly over the whole of the spindle. i thought about adding
metal by welding then turning it down but i was reading at another
site and thought may be it would be easier to cut off the old spindle
then weld in a newly turned spindle. I"ll leave that up to the
tradesman here.

Either way would work. Sounds like it never got greased when it was used. If the shaft is worn that bad,how bad out of round is the inside of the bracket?

Jason you are right about no grease so I'm suspecting the brackets will need replacing also but one thing at a time.

If it was me, I would fix the spindle and then have the bracket bushed. I have two of the D-EO-20 rakes. They are great rakes. What tractor are you going to be running this rake behind?
