MF model 32 parts

Does anyone have a model 32 sickle bar laying around that they
would be willing to sell parts from? I need the fork that helps
hold the pitman on the knife head.
 
Not trying to hijack your thread, but I need the same thing for a model 32, so if anyone has two, I"d like to speak for the second one.
 
Agco carries them, but they want an arm and a leg. After rebuilding the pulley and that end of the pitman arm, I really don't have an extra arm or leg to give up. I am going to go to a machine shop tomorrow to see if they can help. If not I have a redneck plan that might work. If it does, I will post pictures

When you you get the mower back together, be sure it is in register.

We have owned a 32# MF mower since new and just last year I found out how to check the blade register or timing.

Procedure is in the manual,

I assume they came from the factory in register, but when you replace a Pittman rod you can get the machine out of register.
 
I took mine to a machine shop and had it repaired. It cost $18.00 rather than the $97.00 that Agco wanted for a new one. When I get it put together. I will let you know how it works.
