375 Baler tier arm timing

The tier arms are out of time on my 375 JD baler and the manual show to place the timing marks together but not where the arms should be when the timing marks are together. Can anyone help me?

They are not timed. The marks don't line up and there is only about half the travel on the indicator. So you have to travel real slow with the hydraulics to wrap the twine. They must have jumped gears when jam up occurred.

Has anyone altered adjustment on end(13 A or 13 B)???

You should be able to pull the arm all the way over (to the right)and get the gears apart (disengaged) where you line them back up, might have to crack the hoses loose so the cylinder will move for you too. I think the marks are either lined up or they aren't, trial and error to get them right.
