Just purchased the above. Looks to be in pretty good shape for the age, not all bent and welded like most. I would like to find an operator manual for it. Anyone have one they would part with or maybe copy for me. Can't seem to find one available on line. thanks for any help

Call your NewHolland dealer.Better still,go in and talk face to face. Ahey can order at about 40 bucks. If they they say no,they are just being lazy.Lot of dealers these days dont want to mess with 'old' stuff. So they just say "sorry,no longer available".Also,Jensales has reprint manuals.

thanks for the input. Had tried ebay earlier with no luck, finally found one oat a place called "link_disallowed"

I have an operators manual, about 30 pages. I've run a 1030 for four years now and it sure beats tossing bales on a trailer. Wish it had auto-tie but I manually tie layers three and five if need be. It would take awhile to scan it because my scanner is slow. Any particular thing you want to know first?

I am not familiar with the 1030 or its manual. My 1010 and its New Holland Operators Manual are a challenge sometimes. To unload over the side with the 1010 one at a time onto a bale elevator, you need to combine two pages about 10 pages apart to get it to work. Keep your chains snug, no slack on your roller chains, pickup snout, and the first table. I would hate to try to put hay up without one now. Good Luck. Mel
