NH 316 Thrower Belt

I had to free up and adjust the slip clutch on my NH 316 baler, and since I did, when I shut it down, it will throw the belt on the thrower tensioner idler pulley. (it's the belt that runs from the rear of the thrower drive shaft, to the thrower itself - it's a model 70 thrower)
It looks like the flywheel is it rocking back when it stops. I checked the overrunning clutch, and it seems to be working
Thanks
Pete

Make sure the jackshaft support on the thrower frame pivots freely. One spring tensions two drive belts back here, and if the jackshaft can't pivot, the "90 degree" belt (the one you are throwing) won't be tensioned properly. Also check the two idlers on that 90 degree belt, the bearings are cheap but the cast idler pullies themselves are stupid money.
