Gehl 1470 problem

1470 gehl baler return roller keeps moving left under hay pressure, causing the right bearing collar to "pop" off
While the roller edge starts cutting into the bolts holding the
Bearing assembly in. So far, changed both bearings but have only been able to bale about four bales when it happens all over again. What can be happening.

How about the lock collar on the other end of the roller? They both need to be locked tight to keep it from moving.

Locking collar needs to turn in the direction of travel and set screw tightened to hold.

Check the alignment of the rollers. It sounds like it is not inline so the belts are working it toward one side.
