Would anybody no why the plunger would be heating up it bales about 75 bales just fine then plunger heats and seizes up I mean paint burning smoken hot can anyone tell me how to fix it thanks

My guess is that one of the rollers on the plunger has a bad bearing. If that is the case and you have to take the plunger out to change therollers, I would change all rollers. This is just my guess, it may be something else.

Classic rust under the rails. You will need to remove the plunger head then the rails that the bearing wheels roll on and clean out the rust under.
