all crop harvaster 66 shelling plate

hi
was wondering if anyone knows of the dim of the sheller plate for the all crop harvester....mine is missing from the one I bought......also any ideas what I could make one out of......trying to do barley and is not separating grain from heads well or beards.....thanks

Believe it or not the shelling plate does a lot of the threshing before the crop even hits the cylinder. Have you checked Tom Yaz at allcrop.com?? He has what you need to take care of the shelling plate. How are your cylinder bars?? Ryan

Shelling plate is a flat plate located at the front edge of the cyl. Concave bars are below, around the path of the cyl.

bars are in pretty good shape.....the front concave was beveled out about 1 " in middle....shored that up......but still leaving lot grain on heads.....would love to see how it would do with the shelling plate.....checking out tom in morn

I see it list a lagging shelling plate as well as just a shelling plate.....wonder whats the lagging shelling plate

You need to get the metal strip and the rubber piece that gets held on by rivets. The owners manual will give you a measurement depending on what crop you are harvesting to place it in front of the cylinder. Ryan
