Does anyone have a service manual for a C-24-P or 28 sickle mower? Binder books does not have one, so I'm hoping someone here will have some information about the repair of one of these mowers. I need to replace the bearings on the flywheel shaft or main housing. There are shims on the 4 bolt cap that preloads the bearings in the housing. I need to know how to set this. I think I have figured out how to get the flywheel off easily with a puller and some heat. At least I was able to remove the flywheel from a 27V mower which is very similar.
