sickle mower identity needed

This is mounted on my 8n. I have no idea on what model it is and no idea on how to hook up the block in the back. I'm assuming it attaches to the lift arm somehow but not sure. Any input would be great.
 
The mower is a Detroit Harvester.
It was sold by John Deere as a Deere model 47 - other brands as
well.

The lift bracket fits into the right hand three-point lift arm. Cable
runs under the axle to the mower - looks like it is in position at the
mower.

You have to remove your 3 point arms and the piece
has to be connected to the upper rockshaft arm.The
hole will be attached to the U fork on the the
rockshaft arm. Then there are two U bolts that hold
it to the arm, which you are missing in you photo.
Although a model for the hundred series the photo of
the one on my 4000 might give you some idea.

BTW nice 6 cyl funk. It's nice to see some still
around working. I wish mine was but too many other
projects in the way so I'm probably going to sell
it.

Also sold as a Ford/Dearborn, I believe!
I ran one, the summer I graduated from high school, mounted on an 8N Ford. I had the dubious pleasure of mowing orchards with it. I didn't do well mowing across the old swaths because I didn't know to tilt the bar back to get the guard points up!
Hind sight is 20/20! LOL!
 

Thanks. Could you post another picture showing how that attaches to the arm. I cannot find anything on line on how to use or attach this. I think I have it figured out but not sure.

I just brought this tractor back to life. Working on getting the hydraulics fixed and she's ready for the field. If you do sell yours, let me know.
