#1 Where does the rope fasten to on the bailer
#2 Does the pick up rubber wheels have to be turned with the valve core on the inside. Ive got one that dosent hold air, and I was wondering if I had to put it back on with the valve stem on the inside, OR could I put it on with the valve stem on the outside, which would make it SO MUCH EASIER to fill with air.
