REBUILD NEW HOLLAND WOBBLE BOX

I need the specifications and directions to rebuild the wobble box on a 474 New Holland haybine. This shoud be the same as a 489 or a 492. New Holland will not provide this information in their repair manuals with a reason I understand but definitely disagree with. In a past message, "STEVE FROM NEW HOLLAND," said he had this information and would sent it if needed. So far he has never replied to my e-mails. Does anyone know how to contact him?
