hey does any one know who I can get the rubber pads for my no. 5 sickle from, they go in the hitch clamps

Got my last ones from a JD dealer, but it's been years! Or you can cut out your own from the sidewall of a discarded heavy truck tire! I would guess that that's where JD gets them!

You might consider using a 1-7/8 (48MM) hose.
