Hi,
I have an old S-69 baler with a 53A Belt thrower installed. Ive been using poly(plastic) twine for a while now and Ive just seen an increase in the breakage. It appears to be partially melted at the break point. Im assuming its from the belt as its being fed back thru the shoot. Ive reduced tension, ive tried increasing my ground speed a little but it still breaks about one bale per every 15. I used to bel able to bale over 100 with no problems. Any ideas? Thanks Neal
