JD 535 Baler- Beyond Frustrated

Bought the baler last week and it sure eats hay great! The only
problem is the wrapping. I bale until the light turns solid, alarm
sounds, I push in the clutch and stop. The light doesn't go off
or anything, the net wrap just keeps going on, it never cuts it or
even tries to cut it. Any thing I can do? The only way to get it to
cut a bale is when it gets full, have a second person with me
and I pull the manual wrap. I wait a few seconds then pull it
again and it cuts it, then I have them shut off the pto and pull
the bale out. It has not been a fun weekend, any advice?
Deere has been closed and didn't give me the manual they
have for it despite me asking three times. Thoroughly
disappointed

It's been many yrs since I owned a JD rd baler with hyd operated netwrap. Will twine arms cycle correctly IE move from home to RH side and then back to LH side? Does net knife cycle and not cut net or not cycle at all? It's possible the spool shift valve by hyd pump is dirty and not shifting correctly. Have you checked hyd oil level in pump? What condition is pump drive belt?

Tx Jim the belt is in decent shape and turns the pump over good. I don't think it even tries to cycle the knife, it starts the wrap but doesn't move to shut it off, what tells it to stop wrapping and cut it? Also, the twine arms don't move right now, the only thing that moves during wrapping is the net gets feed into the chambe is it normal not to move the twine arms? I don't know how to email, you can call at 2195611353 if you want to. I asked John Deere about adjusting it they want a hundred bucks an hour including the driving time out here which is an hour each way

This is the valve I was talking about in our phone conversation. Be sure the spool moves up/down freely IE not sticking.
