IH 430 Baler Breastplate Fingers

On my IH 430 baler (twine tie) the left side breast plate finger has a groove worn in it from the twine. I am debating weather to change it or not. This happens to be the same side that will miss a tie every 15-20 bales.
It is riveted on. Does a replacement breast plate finger need to be riveted or can it be bolted on?

Bump to the top.
Does anyone have any experience changing a breast plate on an IH 430 or 440 baler? The old one is riveted on. Can the new one be bolted on?
