Papec model 86 Mixer/grinder

I got this mixer/grinder from a friend who hasn't used it in ten years. The gearbox under the tank is froze up but the grinder part is free. I wanted it mainly for the mixer but the tank is rusted out around the bottom. Is there any place to find another tank for it? There isn't much use digging into the gearbox if I can't get the tank fixed or replaced. I am very limited on funds and am wanting to start a feed business but can't do much without a mixer.
